XetaWave offers a new, patent pending, proven technology platform.

XetaWave's In-House Manufacturing Line

All XetaWave radios are 100% designed, manufactured, and tested in-house at its new facility in the Colorado Technology Center in Louisville, Colorado.

XetaWave's State-of-the-Art German ASM (formerly Seimens) SX Flexible Placement Systems (above left) are capable of placing in excess of 100,000 componenets per hour (see video below) with part sizes ranging from 2 inches square to industry leading 01005s (0.4mm x 0.2mm). Selective soldering equipment (above right) allows all boards to be 100% machine made for quality and consistency.

Computer controlled radio test & calibration.

Every radio undergoes very comprehensive RF performance testing including ETSI and FCC
spectral mask/ACP measurements.

A bank of temperature chambers are used to test multiple performance specifications on every radio from
-45°C to +85°C.
